Adult Bible Study
Disciple Bible Study
“If you make my word your home, you will indeed be my disciples.” –John 8:31
Wrightsville United Methodist Church has a long and powerful history of active participation in the Disciple Bible Study series. Disciple Bible Studies are 30-34 week studies (depending on the class) where the primary goal is to grow closer to God through the intentional study of God’s word. For each level of Disciple, the participant receives a study book containing each day’s study along with additional study information for the week. The classes meet weekly where a video segment paves the way for the group activities and discussion for that day.
Classes begin the week after Labor Day each year.

Men’s Bible Study
Each Thursday morning at 6:45 these early birds get a head start on their day with Bible study and fellowship. Currently enjoying a study of the Book of Romans, this group is made up of men of all ages and stages and is open to all men. No registration is required to join this group.

Women’s Prayer Group and Bible Study
Each Thursday morning at 8:00 this group of ladies gathers for prayer and study. The study rotates throughout the year centering on various books of the Bible. No registration is required to join this group.

Mother’s Bible Study
Each Wednesday of the school year, this group meets for Bible study and support at 9:30. Originally formed to support new moms, this group now includes moms of all ages. The Bible studies rotate throughout the year, but are generally 6-12 weeks long. Child care is provided.

Seasonal Study
Marriage Built to Last
Please join us on Tuesday evenings beginning April 10 for this great new study!
We will meet at 7:00 and child care will be provided.
Materials fee for the class is $15 and registration is underway now on the hallway bulletin board.
